摘要
目的:基于关节镜研究柔肝中药治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:将40例关节镜清理术后,关节镜下软骨Outerbridge分级II级,或III级,或II级+III级的膝骨关节炎患者随机分为硫酸氨基葡萄糖组(对照组)和柔肝中药联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖组(治疗组),于第60、120、180天的进行临床疗效观察和综合疗效评分,并于第180天后进行二次关节镜观察。结果:治疗组在各个时间点的症状和体征均有显著改善。在第120、180天治疗组的疗效优于对照组。二次关节镜比较显示软骨均没有进一步的退变。结论:关节镜清理术后联合柔肝中药、硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨性关节炎是可行、优效的方案。
Objective：To observe the clinical effectiveness of liver-softening medicine for treating knee osteoarthritis based on the arthroscopy. Methods：Forty knee osteoarthritis patients with the cartilage Outerbridge Grade II or III or II and III under the arthroscopy were randomly assigned to treatment of liversoftening medicine associate with glucosamine,or control treatment of glucosamine. Clinical observation and the comprehensive effect score were carried out at 60,120,180 days. Second arthroscopy was done at 180 days. Results：Signs and symptoms significantly improved at different time points of the treatment group. The effects of the treatment group were better than the control group. Compared the cartilage using the second arthroscopy,no further degeneration could be observed. Conclusions：After the Arthroscopic debridement,the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with liver-softening medicine associate with glucosamine is a feasible,effective solution.
