摘要
目的了解浙江省舟山地区冰鲜海产品中食源性致病菌污染状况。方法针对舟山地区码头、农贸市场、工厂的163份17类冰鲜海产品,利用荧光PCR方法进行副溶血性弧菌、沙门菌和单核细胞增生李斯特菌检测。结果 163份样品中,有29份样品检出致病菌,总阳性率为17.8%。其中贻贝肉的阳性率最高,为50.0%,在所检秋刀鱼样品中未发现致病菌。副溶血性弧菌阳性率最高,为13.5%,其次是沙门菌(4.9%)、单核细胞增生李斯特菌(3.1%)。结论副溶血性弧菌、沙门菌和单核细胞增生李斯特菌是冰鲜海产品中重要的食源性致病菌,对舟山地区冰鲜海产品致病菌的控制和监测不能放松。
Objective To investigate the current status of iced fresh seafoods contamination by food borne pathogens in Zhoushan. Methods 17 kinds of 163 samples for iced fresh seafoods were collected from wharf,agricultural market and factory of Zhoushan to detect Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes by fluorescence PCR assay. Results 29 samples were positive for pathogen from 163 samples,with the total positive rate of 17. 8%. The positive rate of mussel meat was the highest,which was 50. 0%,and no pathogenic bacteria was detected in saury samples. The positive rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was the highest,which was 13. 5%,followed by Salmonella( 4. 9%) and Listeria monocytogenes( 3. 1%). Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes were common types of foodborne pathogens in iced fresh seafoods in Zhoushan,so the control and monitoring of the pathogenic bacteria on fresh marine products in Zhoushan can not be relaxed.
