摘要
以迁西板栗品种燕山早丰‘3113’为试验材料,在花芽分化期叶面喷施GA3、PP3332种植物生长调节剂,调查它们对板栗叶片生长发育以及碳氮代谢的影响,以期为板栗的花芽分化调控提供理论依据。结果表明:低浓度的GA3和PP333对板栗叶片含水率,叶面积以及周长,叶片厚度,SPAD等生长发育指标具有一定的促进作用;不同喷肥处理对板栗叶片碳氮代谢的影响方面,随着GA3浓度的增加,淀粉含量呈"V"字型变化趋势,可溶性糖含量呈逐渐增加趋势,全氮含量则呈单峰变化趋势,并且25和50 mg/L的处理效果较好;随着PP333浓度的增加,叶片内的淀粉与可溶性糖和全氮含量变化都呈倒"之"字型变化,250和1000 mg/L处理效果较好;此外,PP333处理的叶片内淀粉和可溶性糖含量均高于不同浓度的GA3。从经济学角度出发,25 mg/L的GA3或250 mg/L的PP333对板栗叶片营养物质的积累效果最佳。
Yanshanzaofeng' 3113' chestnut varieties from Hebei Qianxi was taken as tested materials, and the effects of GA3 and PP333 on the growth and related physiological indexes of chestnut leaves was investigated to provide a theoretical basis for the regulation of flower bud differentiation of Chinese chestnut. The results showed that : Lower concentration of GA3 and PP333 on water content, leaf area and perime- ter, leaf thickness, SPAD and other growth had a certain role; Different fertilizers affected physiological property of leaves of Chinese chest- nut, with the increasing of GA3 concentration, the content of starch made the ' V' shaped trend, the soluble sugar increased gradually, the total nitrogen showed a single peak trend, at the same time, the affect of 25 and 50 mg/L treatments were good; With the increasing of PP333 concentration, the changes of starch, sugar and total nitrogen made the same trend, and the effect of 250 and 1000 mg/L treatments were good; In addition, the starch and soluble sugar content in the leaves with different concentration of PP333 were higher than that of GA3.
