摘要
以贵州织金原生含稀土磷矿石为原料,进行了硫酸分解磷矿过程硫酸钙的结晶研究,考察了晶种和表面活性剂对硫酸钙结晶的影响,并采用浸出剂WL-01对磷石膏中稀土进行了浸出研究,探索了反应时间、温度和液固比对稀土浸出率的影响。结果表明,添加晶种有利于硫酸钙晶体的生长;添加不同类型的表面活性剂,硫酸钙结晶形态存在较大差异,其中以聚乙二醇(PEG-400)对其影响最为显著;硫酸钙结晶过程最佳稀土浸出率为45.11%;在反应时间为45min、温度35℃和液固比4∶1的最佳条件下,磷石膏中稀土浸出率为12.88%,最终稀土浸出率为57.88%。
Study was conducted on the crystallization of calcium sulfate during the decomposition process of phosphate rock by sulfuric acid with the RE-bearing phosphate rock in Zhijin,Guizhou as material.The effects of seed crystal and surfactant on the crystallization of calcium sulfate were investigated and the leaching of RE in phosphogypsum by the leaching agent WL-01 was carried out.It explored the effects of reaction time,temperature and solid-liquid ratio on the RE leaching rate.The results showed that adding seed crystal was advantageous to the growth of calcium sulfate crystal and the shape of calcium sulfate crystal was different with addition of different types of surfactants,among them,polyethylene glycol(PEG-400)had the most significant impact on it.The best RE leaching rate of study on the crystallization of calcium sulfate was 45.11%.Under the optimum conditions of reaction time of 45 min,temperature of 35 ℃ and liquid-solid ratio of 4∶1,the RE leaching rate of study on the leaching of RE in phosphogypsum was 12.88%and eventually the total RE leaching rate was 57.88%.
