摘要
贵州某地区蕴藏着丰富的含稀土磷矿石,整个矿床磷和稀土的品位偏低(P2O5平均为17%,Re2O3为0.05-0.1%),本文针对该矿石特点,用二水物湿发磷酸工艺对其浮选精矿进行浸出并追踪稀土元素的走向.通过考察温度、酸过量系数、液固比、时间等因素对P2O5转化率的影响,确定最佳工艺参数.
The reserves of phosphate ore bearing Rare - earths are tremendous in Guizhou some area but of low grade. Using wet process phosphoric acid (WPA)technology to extract P2O5 and FE2O3 from phosphoric concentration bearing Rare - earths according to the natures of phosphate ore. Some factors, such as temperature , the excess coefficient of sulfuric acid, liquid to solid ratio , time consumption, were studied to obtain maximum P2O5 conversion.
