摘要
少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作是高校教育的重要内容。路径对了,则教育效果明显;路径不对,则效果较差。在价值多元的社会环境下,做好少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作必须进行路径创新。这将有利于高校的稳定,有利于少数民族地区的经济社会发展,有利于各民族团结。少数民族大学生在语言、宗教、习俗、信仰、文化上都有自己独特的特点,因此,开展思想政治教育工作要结合少数民族大学生的特点定需求,以增强少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性。
Ideological and political education for the college students of the ethnic groups is an important content in higher education.If the way is right,education effect would be obvious;if wrong,the effect would be poor.In the multi-value society,we must use innovative ways to educate the ideological and political course for the college students of the ethnic groups,which will be conducive to the stability of colleges and universities,to the economic and social development of the minority's areas,and to the unity of all ethnic groups.Students of the ethnic groups have their own unique characteristics in language,religion,customs,beliefs,culture.Therefore,the ideological and political education should be combined with the demand of the students of the ethnic groups in order to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education work for the college students of the ethnic groups.
