摘要
目的探讨护理干预应用于小儿糖尿病神经病变患者的临床效果。方法将300例小儿糖尿病神经病变患者依护理不同分为A组(护理干预)和B组(普通护理),每组有150例。结果 A组糖尿病神经病变患儿家属满意度90.67%明显高于B组糖尿病神经病变患儿家属满意度82.67%(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在小儿糖尿病神经病变患者中进行应用,有着相对较高的患儿家属满意度,值得进一步推广和研究。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the patients with diabetic neuropathy. Methods 300 cases of diabetic patients with diabetic neuropathy were divided into A group（nursing intervention） and B group（common nursing）, 150 cases in each group. Results the satisfaction of family members of patients with diabetic neuropathy in A group was significantly higher than that in patients with diabetic neuropathy in the B group（82.67%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion nursing intervention in children with diabetic neuropathy patients in the application, with a relatively high degree of satisfaction with family members, it is worth further promotion and research.
