摘要
目的观察骨科糖尿病患者应用中医护理干预的疗效。方法以该院收治的骨外科住院并发2型糖尿病的脊柱手术患者为研究对象,对比分析了中医护理与常规护理用于该类患者护理的疗效。结果护理6个月后,两组患者的血压变化、糖化血红蛋白、体质指数和空腹血糖指标相比,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨科糖尿病患者应用中医护理干预具有显著的效果,能有效改善患者的糖化血红蛋白、体质指数和空腹血糖指标等指标,疗效稳定可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine nursing for orthopedic patients with diabetes.Methods The patients with type 2 diabetes undergoing spinal surgery hospitalized in Bone Surgery of our hospital were selected as the subjects. The efficacies of Chinese medicine nursing and conventional nursing for the patients were compared and analyzed. Results After 6 months of nursing, the blood pressure, glycosylated hemoglobin level, body mass index and fasting blood glucose level was significantly better in the observation group than that in the control group, respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For orthopedic patients with diabetes, Chinese medicine nursing intervention has significant, stable and reliable effect, which can effectively improve the glycosylated hemoglobin level, body mass index and fasting blood glucose level.
