摘要
目的探究综合护理干预对泌尿外科疾病并高血压患者的临床护理效果.方法：选择2012 年7 月-2014 年5 月在我院接受手术治疗的 150 例泌尿外科疾病合并高血压的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组平均75 例,实验组给予综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,对比分析两组患者的手术后疼痛感、血压控制情况、眩晕程度、护理满意度等方面.结果：研究结果显示,实验组患者手术后的疼痛程度显著轻于对照组,患者的血压、眩晕程度均明显低于对照组,两组患者上述指标之间的差异具有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）.结论：对泌尿外科疾病合并高血压患者施行综合护理干预,可以有效的控制患者的血压、减轻其疼痛感.
ObjectiveTo explore： comprehensive nursing intervention on the Department of urology disease and effect of clinical nursing care of patients with hypertension.Methods：2012 July -2014 year in May to accept operation treatment in our hospital 150 cases of Department of urology disease complicated with hypertension patients as the researchobject, it will be randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group average of 75 cases, the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,the control group was given conventional nursing, a comparative analysis of two groups of patients after operation pain, blood pressure control, vertigo, nursing satisfaction degreeetc.Results：the results of the study show that, the degree of pain after operation of patients in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group, the bloodpressure, the degree of vertigo patients were significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients with these indicators（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：for patients in Department of urology disease complicated with hypertension underwent comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively control patients,blood pressure, alleviate the pain, you can continue to promote the use in the clinical treatment in the future.
