摘要
城乡规划的宗旨是对人类生活环境的尊重和重构,安排好工作、学习、生活、休憩的空间,同时具有明显的时代特征。新型城镇化背景下,城乡规划转型是历史赋予的新任务,通过回顾、思考、探索,为城乡规划发展奠定基石。城乡规划要关注于人、关注于生态环境、关注于城乡关系,才能体现出其价值,促进城乡一体化的和谐发展。
The purpose of the urban and rural planning is the respect and reconstruction of the environment of human arrangements for work, study, living, rest space have the obvious characteristics of the times. Under the backgroun life, dof new-type urbanization, urban and rural planning transformation is a new task entrusted by history, and laid the cornerstone for the development of urban and rural planning by reviewing, thinking and exploration.
