摘要
基于我国提出的关于农村金融生态环境评价标准,构建农村金融生态环境的衡量指标体系,运用熵值法对各指标进行差异化赋权。通过对西部十二省(市)的截面数据分析,研究发现,我国农村金融环境缺乏有效的诚信基础,须通过培育农村金融的信用基础,使我国金融生态环境实现"质"的改进与优化。
According to the evaluation standard for rural financial ecology environment and the measures for its construction,the author uses the entropy method to determine the differentiated weight of evaluating indicators. Analysis of the cross-section data of the twelve western provinces（ cities） shows a lack of financial integrity in rural area. Therefore,efforts must be made to establish a foundation of integrity in order to improve and optimize the financial ecology environment.
