基于安全车速分析的高速公路安全评价方法 被引量:7

摘要 现有的高速公路安全评价研究侧重于经验统计为主的道路要素静态分析,鲜有考虑事故因素的动态性以及驾驶员主观认知的影响,难以建立集成车路客观环境和驾驶员主观认知两方面影响的综合评价模型。本文从解析高速公路安全机理入手,基于安全车速分析引入能够表征主观感知的预期车速和车路客观环境的安全车速,并提出相应的量化方法,由此构建高速公路交通安全评价方法,并通过实证分析验证了模型的有效性和可靠性,为高速公路安全评估提供了新的思路和手段。 Existing traffic safety evaluation methods mainly quantify the impacts of objective road environmental factors,but rarely quantify the impacts of the subjective perception of the driver,resulting in the lack of appropriated measures for the safety improvements. This paper reveals the mechanism of highway traffic safety that highway traffic accident is caused by the difference between objective driving environment and subjective perception of driver. The concept of safety speed is introduced to characterize the objective environment while the concept of the expected speed is introduced to characterize the subjective perception. The associated methods for the calculation of both speeds have been proposed in this paper. The quantitative indicator to measure the subjective-objective differences in speeds is proposed to analyze the potential safety risk for highways. An empirical example is conducted to valid the proposed model. The results show that the model is with high accuracy and of feasibility.
