摘要
在商务英语专业大力发展的背景下,从ESP需求分析的角度,对课程设置现状进行实证研究。选取三所具有代表性的高校作为研究对象。首先对其课程设置状况进行调研,对基础语言类课程、商务英语专业课程及公共课比重进行实证调查;然后,基于ESP需求理论两大要素——学生学习需求和社会目标需求,对在校生和毕业生进行学习需求调查、对用人单位进行社会需求调查。结果显示,课程设置缺乏对ESP需求的考虑,特色不鲜明,存在指导思想不明朗、设置不合理、实践环节薄弱等问题。
Against the backdrop of growing Business English,an empirical study on college curriculum has been conducted from the perspective of ESP need analysis. Three universities with Business English have been chosen as the representative research objects. First,the curriculum of three universities have been conducted,clarifying the ratios of basic language courses,business English courses and common required courses. Then,through the perspective of two ESP need analysis factors—learning needs and target needs,the researchers questioned undergraduates and graduates about their views on learning needs. Besides,researchers made an investigation among the employers on target needs. According to the survey,the consideration of ESP need analysis is still wanted and the curriculums in different universities are almost the same. There are other problems,like indefinite guiding theory,unreasonable curriculum and inadequate practice experiences.
