摘要
介绍了民办高校图书馆女性馆员心理问题的主要表现及影响,剖析了女性馆员心理问题的成因,提出了一些有利于缓解女性馆员心理问题的措施。
This paper introduces the main manifestations and influences of the psychological problems of female librarians of private college, analyzes the causes of psychological problems of female librarians of private college, and puts forward some measures for relieving the female librarians＇ psychological problems.
