摘要
在对女性馆员计量分析、引文分析的基础上,阐述了关于女性馆员研究论文的作者分布、期刊分布、研究议题以及引文情况。在女性馆员研究深度、方法学、跨学科以及研究队伍建设方面提出了对策研究。参考文献11。
Based on the quantitative and citation analysis on female Librarians, this paper expounds the distribution of the authors and journals, research topics as well as citation condition of research papers on female librarians and puts forward the countermeasures in the depth of the female librarians＇ research, methodology, interdisciplinary and research teams＇ construction.
