摘要
围绝经期异常子宫出血多因卵巢内分泌功能异常、生殖器良性病变或肿瘤等所导致。治疗围绝经期功血,首选药物治疗,原则为止血、调整月经和诱导闭经,药物治疗无效则手术治疗。通过控制出血和预防子宫内膜增生症达到围绝经期功血患者调节周期的目的。方法有药物治疗(雄激素、雌激素、孕激素、米非司酮、促性腺激素释放激素);手术治疗(诊断性刮宫、子宫内膜切除术、子宫切除术、射频消融术、介入治疗);中西医联合治疗等。
Multi perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding is generally caused by ovarian endocrine dysfunction,benign genital lesions or tumors.Bleeding,menstrual and induced amenorrhea adjust drug treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding treatment principles.By controlling the bleeding and the prevention of endometrial hyperplasia reach patients perimenopausal DUB adjustment period goal.The method of drug therapy（androgen,estrogen and progesterone,mifepristone,gonadotropin releasing hormone）,surgery（diagnostic curettage,endometrial ablation,hysterectomy,radiofrequency ablation,interventional treatment）,Chinese and Western medicine combin ation therapy.
