摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定转化糖电解质注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-三乙胺溶液(9∶91,取水1 000 m L加三乙胺2.5m L,用稀磷酸溶液(1→5)调p H值为3.0);流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温25℃,检测波长284 nm。结果:5-羟甲基糠醛在0.002 8-7.0μg/m L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.81%,RSD为1.87%。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确可靠,专属性强。
Objective :To develop a HPLC method for determination of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural content in invert sugar and electrolytes injection. Methods: Kromasil C18column(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm)was used,serving acetonitrile-triethylamine solution(9 ∶91, add 2.5 m L triethylamine to 1 000 m L water, and adjust the p H value to 3.0 with dilute phosphoric acid solution(1 →5) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min. The temperature of column was 25 ℃, while the detection wavelength was 284 nm. Results: The standard curve of5-hydroxymethyl furfural showed a good linearity at a concentration range of 0.002 8 - 7.0 μg/m L(r = 0. 999 8).The average recovery was 99.81%,with a RSD of 1.87%. Conclusion :The developed HPLC method is simple,sensitive, specific and accurate.
