摘要
随着国际社会对北极及北极航线关注程度的逐渐提高,北极及北极航线问题的相关研究也逐渐增多。尽管较多文献都对北极权益及北极航线权益进行了讨论,但鲜有文章提出具体的北极权益及北极航线权益的定义。规范和明晰北极权益和北极航线权益概念可以为各个国家主体争取北极权益提供明确的方向和依据。在规范和明晰北极权益和北极航线权益概念的基础上,有助于积极争取中国北极权益和中国北极航线权益。研究能够为解决北极争端及合理分配北极权益及北极航线权益厘清思路,也能够为我国争取北极权益及北极航线权益提供明确的方向和依据。
Asmore international attention is given to the Arctic and the Arctic route, the Arcticand Arctic route-related research is gradually on the rise. Although much discussion has been done on the Arctic interests and the interests of the Arctic route, few researches have offered a clear definition of the Arctic interests and the interests of the Arctic rout. A clarification of concept of those interests can provide a clear direction and basis for countries that ask for interests in the Arctic and can also help China seek its interests there.Therefore, more work has to be done to clarify and solve the dispute on allocation of Arctic interests and the interests of the Arctic route so that we can find a definite orientation and basisfor our rights and interests in the area.
