摘要
中国基层公务员的公共服务动机结构与西方存在一定的差异,四个子维度与西方传统的维度有差异,而且调查显示"公共政策制定吸引、社会公正、公共利益承诺"维度间显著相关,应合为一个维度"社会公正"。因此,在中国进行公共服务动机的研究必须对其概念框架进行本土化。此外,作者通过相关分析与逐步回归发现组织环境是影响公共服务动机重要的影响因素,此外,教育层次、领导职务等方面也不同程度影响了公共服务动机及各子维度。
After collecting data through large-scale surveys on civil servants at the grassroot level,the paper tried to analyze the structure of public service motivation(PSM)and its antecedents.In order to acquire the authentic structure of PSM in a more scientific way,it collected as much items as it can to measure PSM. Through confirmatory factor analysis,it found the differences between the structure of PSM in China and that in western countries do exist.For example,the latent variables attraction to policy making ",social justice","commitments to public interest "had so significant correlations among them that they should be combined as one dimension and named as social justice".In addition,it tried to explore the antecedents of PSM through correlation analysis and stepwise regression method.The results showed that organizational environment,education levels were important factors.
