摘要
为确定眼斑双锯鱼幼鱼饲料中脂肪适合添加量,将初始体质量为(0.1129±0.005)g的幼鱼随机分配到6个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾,投喂脂肪水平分别为4.42%、7.42%、10.42%、13.42%、16.42%、19.42%的等氮人工饲料,进行56d的养殖试验,结果表明:增重率(WG)、特定生长率(SGR)和蛋白质效率(PER)均呈现先增加后下降的趋势,峰值出现在脂肪水平13.4%处理组,分别比低脂肪(4.42%)组高36.7%、19.3%和52.9%,分别比高脂肪(19.42%)组高38.7%、21.2%和48.6%;而饲料系数(FCR)随饲料脂肪水平增加呈先下降后上升的趋势,谷值出现在脂肪水平13.42%处理组,分别比低脂肪(4.42%)组及高脂肪(19.42%)组低34.7%和32.8%.肥满度(CF)、脏体指数(VSI)和肝体指数(HsI)在饲料低脂肪水平时较低,随饲料脂肪水平增加有升高的趋势.饲料不同脂肪水平对幼鱼全鱼水分和灰分质量分数无显著影响:全鱼粗蛋白质质量分数随饲料脂肪水平增加呈下降趋势:全鱼粗脂肪质量分数随饲料脂肪水平增加呈增加趋势,在饲料脂肪水平为13.42%时达峰值(5.93%),之后基本维持该水平.经回归分析,综合生长速度、饲料效率和体成分等指标,眼斑双锯鱼幼鱼饲料最适脂肪添加量为12.2%~12.9%.
To investigate the effects of different lipid levels in the diet on the growth performance and body composi- tion of juvenile of A mphiprionocellaris,an 8-week feeding trial was conducted.The Juveniles with (0.1129±0.005)g body weight were randomly divided into six treatments with three replicates of 50 each, which were fed 4.42%, 7.42%, 10.42%, 13.42%, 16.42% and 19.42% lipid level diets,respectively.Results showed that the weight gain(WG),special growth ratio (SGH)and efficiency of protein(PER)had tendency to increase with lipid level from 4.4% to 13.4%,after that decreased, peak value of which appeared in 13.4% lipid level group.The WG, SGH and PER of 13.4% lipid level group were 36.7%, 19.3% and 52.9% higher than those of low level (4.42%) group and 38.7%, 21.2% and 48.6% higher than those of high level(19.42%) group, respectively.Moreover, with the increase of lipid level, feed conversion ratio (FCH) showed a trend of decline after rising firstly,FCR valley value appeared in 13.4% lipid level group which were were 34.7% and 32.8% lower than that of flow level (4.42%)group and high level (19.42%) group, respectively.Condition factor (CF), hepatosomatic index (HSI)and viscerosomatic index (VSI) had a increasing trends with lipid level increasing.No significant differences in whole body water and ash content were observed.The whole body fish crude fat content was increased with the increase of lipid level peak value (5.93%)of which appeared in 13.4% lipid level group,while crude protein was just opposite.Based on growth,feed efficiency and body composition,the optimum dietary lipid level for juvenile of A.ocellaris was 12.2% - 12.9%.
