碾压混凝土层间渗透系数的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用碾压混凝土层间渗透系数测定仪研究了不同层间间隔时间对碾压混凝土层面渗透性的影响,并讨论了不同层面处理方式对碾压混凝土层面渗透性能的改善效果。试验表明:随着层间间隔时间的延长,碾压混凝土层面相对渗透系数逐渐增大,尤其是终凝后出现冷缝,渗透系数增加了一个数量级,用纳米Si O2和膨胀剂改性垫层砂浆来处理终凝后的层面冷缝一定程度上可以降低碾压混凝土层面渗透系数,为改善碾压混凝土层面抗渗性能,提高碾压混凝土层间结合性质提供依据。 With the RCC interlayer permeability coefficient tester, the effects of different time intervals between layers on the permeability of RCC layers are studied and different interlayer-processing methods are discussed.As is showed by the result, with the increase of different time intervals between layers, the relative permeability coefficient of RCC layers tends to be greater. Furthermore, the permeability coefficient rises an order of magnitude since cold joint occurs after final setting. However, the permeability coefficient of layers processed by bedding mortar mixed with nano-silica and sweller respectively can be reduced to a certain extent, based upon which the improvement of performance of anti-permeability of RCC layers and thus of its binding properties between layers may be possible.
