摘要
碾压混凝土坝由于施工工艺等原因存在层间面软弱面,而这些软弱面对坝体的应力分布和位移会产生一定的影响.结合乌弄龙碾压混凝土坝,通过有限元软件建立不同碾压层厚(30、50、70cm)大坝模型,研究了碾压层厚度对大坝应力、位移分布的影响.为了更好地对比分析碾压层厚度对层间面特性的影响,对模型施加相同材料参数、边界条件和外界荷载,然后对不同碾压层厚坝体的应力和位移大小分布进行对比分析,进而得出碾压层厚对坝体层间面特性的影响,从而为碾压混凝土坝的设计、施工提供一定的理论依据.
Due to the construction technology of roller compacted concrete(RCC) dam, there exist interlayer weak surfaces, which will influence the stress distribution and displacement of the dam. Taking the Wulon- glong RCC Dam as object, the finite element software is used to establish different RCC layer thicknesses fea- tures (30,50,70 cm) dam models, for a better comparative analysis of the influence oflayer thickness on sur- face, applying the model, the same material parameters, boundary conditions and external load. Then for dif- ferent rolling layer thicknesses, the stresses and displacements distribution of the dam body are analyzed. Fi- nally, it is concluded that the roller compaction under the influence of surface properties of the layer thickness of dam body, so as to provide certain theoretical basis for the design of roller compacted concrete dam.
