肺泡微石症一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女,18岁,因＂发现肺部阴影4年＂于2014年11月26日人院.患者4年前体检行胸部X线透视检查发现双侧弥漫结节影,于当地医院复查胸部CT示双肺弥漫小结节影,自觉无不适,未进行相关治疗,近2年来偶有朐闷、憋气,与活动无关,无咳嗽、咳痰、发热、心悸、乏力及消瘦等症状,于当地医院复查胸部CT仍显示双肺弥漫小结节影,于我院门诊行胸部高分辨率CT可见双肺弥漫小结节影,
