Effect of noise combined with high temperature and n-hexane on human hearing in an engine manufacturer in 2015

摘要 目的 了解单纯接触噪声及与其他混合因素联合作用对工人听力的影响。方法 对某发动机制造厂工人的健康检查结果进行分析。将研究对象分为3组:单纯噪声组,噪声联合高温组和噪声联合正己烷组。对其工作环境进行噪声、高温及正己烷测试,分析各组研究对象听力水平。结果 噪声联合高温和噪声联合正己烷组的职业工人高频听阈损失值均高于单纯噪声组,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.762,-3.243,均P〈0.05)。噪声联合正己烷组正常语频听阈损失值高于单纯噪声组,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.299,P〈0.05)。噪声联合高温组的职业性听力异常检出率为8.6%,噪声联合正己烷组为3.2%。接噪工龄≥15 a的高频听阈损失值高于接噪工龄11-15 a者,差异有统计学意义(t=-1.893,P〈0.05)。结论 噪声与高温、正己烷对劳动者听力的影响有协同作用。 [Objective]To observe the heating damages caused by single exposure to noise and combined exposure to mixed factors. [Methods]The health examination results of workers in an engine manufacturer were analyzed. The participants were divided into 3 groups, including single noise exposure group, noise combined with high temperature exposure group, and noise combined with n-hexane exposure group. The intensity/concentration of noise, high temperature and n-hexane in workplace were detected, and the hearing levels of 3 groups were analyzed. [Results]The high frequency heating loss value in noise combined with high temperature exposure group and noise combined with n-hexane exposure group was higher than that in single noise exposure group, and the differences were statistically significant (t=-4.762, t=-3.243, both P〈0.05). The speech frequency hearing loss value in noise combined with n-hexane exposure group was higher than that in single noise exposure group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=-2.299, P〈0.05 ). The detection rate of occupational hearing loss in noise combined with high temperature exposure group and noise combined with n-hexane exposure group was 8.6% and 3.2% respectively. The high frequency heating loss value in workers with noise exposure age longer than 15 years was higher than that in workers with noise exposure age of 11-15 years, and difference was statistically significant (t=-1.893, P〈0.05).[Conclusion]There is synergistic effect of noise combined with high temperature and n-hexane on heating loss of workers.
