摘要
树立实践育人观念,强化实践教学,不断提升学生的实践能力,已成为我国教师教育研究和实践领域的重要话题。目前,从研究领域到操作层面,从国家政策到教师个人都形成了关注实践、重视实践的良好氛围。本文在分析为何要关注教师教育之实践品质的基础上,解析了实践性教师教育究竟何为,并试图通过教师教育中实践与理论的融通、实践与反思的共鸣、个体实践与团队协作的结合,还原实践性教师教育的本来面目,以促进教师教育的健康发展。
Establishing and strengthening the concept of practical teaching and constantly enhancing students practical ability have become the significant issues in domestic education research and practice fields. Plus, greater importance and more attention attached to it have contributed to form a favorable atmosphere from research field to operation level, and from national policies to individual teachers as well. By analyzing the priority of focusing on practical qualities, this paper explored the true values of practical teacher education. Aiming at restoring the true features of teacher education as well as promoting its sound development, the combination between theory and practice, the integration between individual practice and teamwork, and retrospection on practice are achieved in details in this paper.
