酶原颗粒蛋白16在消化系统中的表达部位及功能研究进展
摘要
酶原颗粒蛋白16（ZG16）是1994年在胰腺酶原颗粒中发现的一种分泌性糖蛋白,该蛋白主要位于胰腺的腺泡细胞、肝细胞以及从胃到直肠的整个消化道的杯状细胞内,且表达部位不同的蛋白发挥的功能也不同。截至目前,对该蛋白的功能认知甚少,现有的功能研究主要指向调控蛋白分选、真菌识别、离子传导。
