摘要
填料是工业冷却塔的重要组成部分,对提高冷却塔效率、节能降耗具有重要的意义。文章追溯了冷却塔填料的应用种类及结构,重点介绍了新型竹材填料的应用现状、竹材在冷却塔中应用的优势以及竹材填料的新型优化结构,探讨了重组竹材与小径级竹材在冷却塔中应用的可行性;对竹材填料的发展提出了几点建议:提高竹材填料的机械化程度;对竹材进行适当的物理或化学预处理,提高竹材填料的耐久性;合理开发其他优质竹质板材作为填料原材料。
Packing is the important component of industrial cooling tower and of great significance to improve cooling efficiency and reduce energy consumption.The paper reviewed the types and structural characteristics of fillers used in cooling tower,with the focus on the applications of new- brand type of bamboo packing,the advantages in using bamboo in cooling tower and the new optimized structure of bamboo packing,and discussed the feasibility of using bamboo scrimber and small diameter bamboo timber in cooling tower.Several suggestions were proposed for the development of bamboo packing,including:(1) improving the mechanization of bamboo packing;(2) carrying out appropriate chemical or physical pre-treatment to increase the durability of bamboo packing;and(3) developing more quality engineered bamboo panels as the filler for cooling tower.
