摘要
为提升油液检测实验室质量控制能力和水平,应用系统论的基本理论和方法,将油液检测实验室管理要素和技术能力及其相互关系视作决定检测质量的体系,结合油液分析项目的相关性研究建立检测数据的系统性质量控制方法;将质量管理、过程控制、数据分析以及检测目的作为质量控制的系统性输入,通过相关性分析和要素控制获得优化的质量控制系统;同时应用相关性分析发现质量控制体系的改进机会,促进质量控制的持续提升,该研究可为油液检测系统性质量控制提供新的思路。
In order to improve the capacity and level of quality control in oil testing laboratory,by using basic theory and method of system theory,and considering the management element and technical ability of oil testing laboratory as an inte?gral system which decided the testing quality,a systematic quality control method of the test data was set up with the con?sideration of correlation of oil analysis items.All of the quality management,process controlling,data analysis and detection purpose were taken as the input of quality control,optimized quality control system was gained through the correlation anal?ysis and element control.Meanwhile,using the correlation analysis to find the opportunity to improve the quality control sys?tem,quality control could be promoted continuously.This study can provide new thinking for systemic quality control in oil testing.
