摘要
目的对全髋关节置换术的临床麻醉特点及疗效做出相关探讨。方法随机将100例髋关节置换术患者分为观察组与对照组,予以对照组患者全麻麻醉方法,予以观察组患者硬膜外麻醉方法,对比分析两组患者临床资料。结果观察组患者心率速度、并发症发生率及血压变化等数据优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全髋关节置换术中应用硬膜外麻醉方法效果较好。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of clinical anesthesia and the effect of total hip replacement. Methods 100 cases of hip replacement in our hospital were selected, it was randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group of patients with anesthesia anesthesia method, observation group patients in general epidural anesthesia method,the clinical data of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Heart rate, complication rate and blood pressure changes and other data in the observation group significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of epidural anesthesia in total hip arthroplasty is better.
