摘要
目的:分析尿微量清蛋白(mALB)、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合检测在糖尿病肾病(DN)早期诊断中的价值.方法:选取2015-01/2015-10山东省临沂市平邑县人民医院收治的70例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为甲组,另选同时期70例单纯糖尿病患者作为乙组,70例健康体检人员作为对照组,对三组血清hs-CRP、尿mALB、α1-MG、NAG进行检测.结果:甲组hs-CRP、mALB、α1-MG、NAG水平明显高于乙组、对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血糖控制不良患者hs-CRP、HbA lc、mALB、α1-MG、NAG高于血糖控制良好患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:尿mALB、α1-MG、NAG、血清hs-CRP检测可提高DN的检出率,有利于医师及时发现肾损害,帮助其动态监测病情,制定科学合理的治疗方法,具有较高的应用价值.
AIM: To analyze the value of combined detection of mA LB,α1-MG,NAG and serum hs-CRP in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. METHODS: A total of 70 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted into our hospital from January2015 to October 2015 were selected as the first division,and other70 cases of diabetic patients as the second division,and other 70 cases of healthy persons as the control group. The serum hs-CRP,mA LB,α1-MG and NAG level were detected. RESULTS: The serum hs-CRP,mA LB,α1-MG and NAG level in the first division was obviously higher than the second division and control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05);The serum hs-CRP,mA LB,α1-MG and NAG level of Patients with bad glycometabolic control was higher than that of patients with good glycometabolic control,and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). CONCLUSION: The detection of serum hs-CRP,mA LB,α1-MG and NAG level can improve DN detection rates,which is beneficial to doctors to find renal damage promptly and monitoring disease,then make scientific and reasonable therapies,which has a high application value.
