摘要
目的 探讨研究糖尿病患者在临床检验中的血糖检验和尿糖检验的应用价值.方法 选取2015年1月~2016年5月在我院确诊的糖尿病患者78例作为本次的研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例.观察组采用血糖检验,对照组采用尿糖检验,并比较两种检验方法下两组患者的检测效果.结果 观察组患者的糖尿病检测全部检出,确诊率100%;对照组患者的糖尿病检测部分未检出,确诊率,<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 在糖尿病的临床检查中,血糖检测和尿糖检测均具有一定的价值,尿糖检验在糖尿病的初步确诊中具有一定的筛查意义,血糖检验则可以进一步对糖尿病进行确诊.
Objective Studying the blood sugar in diabetes patients in the clinical laboratory test and glycosuria test application value.Methods Choose from January 2015 to May 2015 in our hospital diagnosed 78 patients with diabetes as the object of study,Randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases each.Observation group with blood glucose testing,control group adopts glycosuria test,and compare the two methods of inspection under the detection effect of two groups of patients.Results Observation group of patients with diabetes testing all detection,diagnosis rate was 100%;The control group in patients with diabetes detection part not checked out,Diagnosis rate,<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion In the clinical examination of diabetes,blood glucose and urine sugar detection has a certain value,glycosuria test in the preliminary diagnosis of diabetes has a certain meaning of screening,blood sugar test can be confirmed by further to diabetes.
