摘要
目的了解主要病原菌的分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床科室感染性疾病的治疗提供科学依据。方法对2011~2014年医院感染病例的各类标本分离的病原菌.采用法国梅里埃公司VITEK-2compact全自动细菌鉴定仪进行鉴定和药敏分析。结果共检出病原菌5112株,其中革兰阴性菌3815株占74.63%。革兰阳性菌1035株占20.25%,真菌262株占5.12%。主要革兰阴性菌依次为大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动菌;主要革兰阳性菌依次为金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌。检出的革兰阴性菌对亚胺培南的耐药率为0~5.19%,革兰阳性菌对万古霉素的耐药率为0.00%;检出病原菌最多的科室是神经外科.其次为神经内科、重症医学科、肾病内分泌科;以痰液标本送检率最高。结论医院不同科室的主要标本类型和常见菌种各有不同.病原菌对常见抗菌爨物的耐药性不同。通过调查分析,为指导临床科室合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。
Objective To investigate the distribation and the drug-resistance of the infections pathogen from autho's hospital,so as to provide rohional basis for clinically using drugs. Methods The French Merieux VITEKZ-compact automatic bacterial identification system was used for identification and susceptibility analysis of the infections pathogens isolated from various specimens from 2011 to 2014. Results Totally detected pathogens were 5112 including G- bacteria being 3815 (74.63%), G+ being 1035 (20.25%) ,fungus being 262 (5.12%) ;Among G- bacteria mainly were Klebsiella pneumoniae,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter bacteria;G+ bacteria m iinly were Staphylococcus epidermidis. The detection of Gram-negative bacteria resistant to imipenem was 0-5.19%,Gram-positive bacteria resistant to vancomycin was 0.00% ;The detected bacteria departments was in order as neurosurgery,neurology ISU ,renal ondocrinology. The detected rate of sputum specimens was the highest. Conclusion The main specimen types and common species of different hospital departments are different,and the drug resistance rates of pathogen to common antibacteral agents are different,through testing,provide a scientific basis for mtional use of antibiotics to guide clinical departments.
