摘要
目的了解医院感染及抗菌药物应用现状,评估医院感染干预措施的效果。方法采用床旁调查和查阅病历相结合的方法,分别于2010年与2011年同一天对住院患者的医院感染、感染部位、抗菌药物应用种类及性质等进行调查。结果 2010年与2011年的医院感染现患率分别为3.48%与2.45%,但二者差异无统计学意义;医院感染部位均以下呼吸道感染为主,占52.63%,其次为上呼吸道感染占31.58%;感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,抗菌药物使用例次和使用率在2010年与2011年分别为221例次、42.66%和173例次32.64%,单联使用率分别为70.14%和80.35%,两项指标差异均有统计学意义。结论积极的干预措施对预防医院感染和控制抗菌药物使用具有显著效果。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence rate of nosocomial infections and the use of antibacterial agents in the hospital and to evaluate the effect of the interventions to the nosocomial infections. METHODS By means of the bedside investigation and review of the medical records, the prevalence rates of the nosocomial infection, the infection sites and the types and nature of the antibiotics of the patients who hospitalized on the same day in 2010 and 2011 were respectively investigated. RESULTS The prevalence rate of the nosocomial infections was 3, 48% in 2010 and 2.45% in 2011, and the difference between the two was not statistically significant;among the nosocomial infection sites, the lower respiratory tract （52.63 %） was dominant, followed by the upper respiratory tract （31.58%）; the gram-negative bacteria were the predominant pathogens causing the infections, there were 221 case-times of patients who used antibiotics in 2010 with the utilization rate of 42.66% and 173 case-times in 2011 with the utilization rate of 32.64%, and the utilization rates of the single use were 70.14%and 80.35 %, respectively, the difference in the two indicators was significant. CONCLUSION Active interventions can achieve significant effect on the prevention of nosocomial infections and the control of use of antibiotics.
