摘要
目的探讨创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)作为个体暴露于异常强烈的精神应激人群认知功能的改变与脑白质神经纤维完整性的关系。方法通过韦氏记忆量表、威斯康星卡片分类测验分别对PTSD组患者和健康组患者进行量表评估,然后利用弥散张量成像(DTI)观察PTSD组异常脑区,根据数据统计分析,进而探讨PTSD认知功能改变与异常脑区白质纤维完整性的关系。结果左侧小脑FA值与韦氏记忆量表中的理解、联想、再生3项,以及WSCT中的正确反应数(CT)呈正相关(r=0.586,P=0.003;r=0.457,P=0.021;r=0.463,P=0.014;r=0.505,P=0.008),胼胝体FA值与WSCT的分类数、韦氏记忆量表中长时记忆呈正相关(r=0.568,P=0.004;r=0.498,P=0.006)。结论 PTSD组患者认知功能的异常改变与胼胝体压部脑白质异常增生及右侧小脑神经纤维缺失有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between PTSD test of cognitive function changes in people suffered abnormal mental stress with white matter nerve fiber integrity. Methods Wechsler Memory Scale, WCST were used to assess PTSD Scale of patients and health,and then diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) used to observe abnormal brain regions of PTSD group,according to the statistical analysis of data,and then to discuss changes in the relationship between PTSD and cognitive function abnormal brain white matter fiber integrity. FA values in the left cerebellum correlated with the Wechsler Memory Scale of understanding,Lenovo,regeneration 3, as well as the correct response WSCT number (CT) was (r=0.586,P=0.003;r=0.457,P=0.021;r=0.463,P=0.014;r= 0.505,P=0.008),the number of classes of the corpus callosum FA values WSCT,the Wechsler Memory Scale in long-term memory was positively correlated (r=0.568,P=0.004;r=0.498,P=0.006). Conclusion Cognitive abnormalities of the corpus callosum and white matter in patients with PTXSD group function dysplasia and right cerebellar fibers are related to the loss.
