应重视放射学阴性中轴型脊柱关节炎的存在 被引量：1

摘要 SpA是一组相互关联的炎症性疾病，脊柱（尤其是骶髂关节）、外周关节、肌腱附着点和指／趾炎为主要疾病特征，2009年，国际脊柱关节炎协会（ASAS）发布了中轴型SpA（axSpA）分类标准，次年发布了外周型spA的分类标准，从而使得SpA的概念合理化、疾病谱更明确，其中外周型SpA包括PsA、反应性关节炎、炎性肠病性关节炎等。
