摘要
放射学阴性中轴脊柱关节炎这一概念的提出更加细分了脊柱关节炎,并在患者出现X线可见的骶髂关节结构变化之前为识别中轴型脊柱关节炎提供依据。非放射学中轴脊柱关节炎是由强直性脊柱炎、脊柱关节病、中轴型脊柱关节炎演变而来,本文对这些不同阶段的诊断分类标准的演变过程、制订疾病的治疗策略、判断疾病程度及预后作一综述。
The emergence of the name of non-radiological axial spondyloarthritis has detailed the concept of spine arthritis,which also provides reference for identification of axial spine arthritis before patients were discovered with sacroiliac joint structural change via X-ray scanning.Axial spine arthritis in radiology derives from ankylosing spondylitis,spondyloarthropathy and axial spondyloarthritis.In this paper,evolution process of diagnosis and classification standard for these phases,disease treatment strategy,disease development degree and prognosis are summarized.
