摘要
在新型城镇化背景下,新生代农民工作为中国农民市民化进程中的先行者,实现定居城市的梦想光有上层建筑是行不通的,还需建构在一定的经济基础之上。以南宁市建筑业新生代农民工为研究对象,通过实证研究的方式探讨高风险行业中新生代农民工的消费行为及其面临的消费困境,提出提高就业质量、增加实际收入;加强消费制度建设、优化消费环境;强化消费教育、引导科学和理性消费等相应的对策建议,以期为当地政府破解"三农"问题,推动新生代农民工市民化进程提供参考。
Under the background of the new urbanization, new generation of rural migration workers serve as the pioneeers in the process of farmers＇ transformation into urban inhabitants, Realization of their dream of settling down in cities calls for both superstructure and Construction of certain economic foundation.Aiming at new generation of rural migration workers in construction industry in Nanniing, the article takes up an empirical study of consuming behaviors of new generation of rural migration workers and their predicaments in consumption. and suggests that efforts should be made to increase employment quality and practical income, strengthen system construction and consumer education, optimize consumption environment,guide the scientific and rational consumption with a view to offering references for the local garvernments to solve issues related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and promote the process of farmers＇ transfor-mation into urban inhabitants.
