摘要 培养创新型应用人才是食品科学与工程专业人才培养和教学改革的目标,为培养学生的创新思维,提高分析解决问题的能力,以现代食品检测技术课程为例进行了转动课堂教学模式的改革尝试。从转动课堂教学模式的必要性、教学模式的构建和体会三方面对现代食品检测技术的转动课堂教学模式进行了探索。通过转动课堂教学模式的改革,有效的提高了学生的积极性和学习效率,转动课堂教学模式更利于培养具备创新精神和创新能力的应用型人才。 Training of Innovation applied talents were the target of talent training and educational reform of food science and engineering specialty. To cultivate innovative thinking and improve the ability of analyse and solve problem, turning-based teaching method reform was put forward that "Modern Detection on Techniques for Food" course was taken for example. The reformation was put forward including necessity of teaching reform, establishment of turning-based classroom method, and experience. The teaching effect and students enthusiasm were effectively improved during the teaching method reformation, and applied talents with innovative thinking ability were better to be provided using the turning-based teaching method.
