摘要
为了高效利用煤液化残渣,采用扫描电镜(SEM)研究煤液化残渣的结构特点,并利用煤液化残渣替代道路沥青混凝土中的沥青,按沥青用量的15%、20%和25%分别进行取代,研究了以湿法配混工艺在160℃下制备的煤液化残渣改性沥青混合料的路用性能,分别进行了马歇尔试验、高温性能试验、水稳定性试验、低温性能试验。结果表明:煤液化残渣的取代量为20%时,煤液化残渣改性沥青混合料的各项路用性能技术指标均符合要求,且煤液化残渣的利用率提高,实体工程使用效果良好。
In order to improve the utilization of coal liquefaction residue, the structure of coal liquefaction residue was analyzed by SEM, and the asphalt was replaced by coal liquefaction residue in asphalt concrete with percentages of 15wt%, 20wt% and 25wt%. The pavement performance of modified asphalt made test, high temperature performance t by wet mixing process under 160℃ was studied. Marshall est, water stability test and low temperature performance test were carried out. The results show that the performance of 20wt% substitution meets the technical requirement, meanwhile the utilization of coal liquefaction residue is improved, and the field testing project has good performance.
