摘要
目的探究三甲医院正式编制护士与劳务派遣护士工作不安全感与工作投入关系的不同表现。方法采用工作不安全感和工作投入量表,进行调节回归分析。结果三甲医院护士的工作不安全感与工作投入呈显著的负向关系;用工形式对护士工作不安全感与工作投入关系具有调节作用,工作不安全感对于正式编制护士工作投入产生更为消极的影响。结论三甲医院管理不同用工形式的护士应该各有侧重,从而有效地降低护士工作不安全感,提高工作投入。
Objective To explore the relationship Between ferent forms in tertiary hospitals. Methods Using moderated job insecurity and work engagement towards nurses in difregression analysis to analyze the data based on the job insecurity scale and the work engagement scale. Results Job insecurity has a negative effect on wok engagement in public hospitals, Employment forms moderate the effect of nurses' job insecurity on work engagement. Under conditions of high perceived job insecurity nurses in establishment have lower levels of work engagement than dispatched nurses. Conclusion We suggest tertiary hospitals take different management strategies towards nurses in different employment forms to decrease their job insecurity and increase their work engagement efficiently.
