下腔静脉塌陷指数与右心功能的相关性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨下腔静脉塌陷指数与右心功能的相关性。方法选择各种右心功能不全患者50例(轻度肺动脉高压患者20例,中、重度肺动脉高压患者30例)和健康体检者50例(对照组)做常规经胸多普勒超声心动图检查。并在剑突下下腔静脉长轴切面上取M型超声心动图曲线,测量吸气末和呼气末下腔静脉内径,计算出下腔静脉塌陷率。同时检测下腔静脉血流频谱,并进行比较。结果轻度肺动脉高压组及中、重度肺动脉高压组吸气末、呼气末下腔静脉内径均高于对照组(P<0.05),下腔静脉塌陷指数均低于对照组(P<0.05);中、重度肺动脉高压组下腔静脉S波、a波及S/a与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下腔静脉塌陷指数与右心功能呈正相关,检测下腔静脉塌陷指数及血流频谱对快速预测右心功能不全具有一定临床价值。
