摘要
江山热电公司两套6FA燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组,启动阶段采用SFC驱动燃气轮机轴系转动。投产以来,由于设备调试特性不佳,且对设备性能的不了解,发生多次影响机组顺利启动的事件。本文分析了SFC装置故障的几种现象,提出具体解决方案,供同类型机组参考借鉴。
Thermo country two 6FA gas - steam combined cycle units, start-up phase using SFC drive a gas turbine shaft to rotate. Since starting production, due to poor equipment debugging features and performance of the equipment do not understand the impact unit successfully launched several incidents. This paper analyzes several phenomena SFC device failure, and propose specific solutions for a reference for the same type of unit.
