冶金液压装置具有高压、功率大、结构复杂、精度高、可靠性高、安全性要求高 ,以及元件价格昂贵 .针对液压设备的特点 ,采用精密点检与精密诊断、计算机辅助测试、在线监测、计算机仿真与智能诊断等故障诊断与监测手段 ,能够有效地预防设备突发性故障 。
Metallurgical hydraulic systems are characteristic of having high pressure and big power, being sophisticated, needing high safety and reliability, and using expensive components. The techniques employed for diagnosing and monitoring the systems included on_line monitoring , precision spot check and diagnosis, computer_aided inspection, and intelligent diagnosis by computer simulation. By using these methods, any sudden trouble can be prevented, and good. technical and social benefits obtained.
