中国—印尼科技合作的内在动因及其实现路径——基于区域公共产品供给视角的分析 被引量:3

摘要 以"区域公共产品供给"为视角,从酝酿与触发两国科技合作的内在动因、启动与运转,两国科技合作的当前行动、磨合与调试,两国科技合作的现实困境、评价与拓展,两国科技区域公共产品有效供给的路径建构四个方面论述两国的科技合作,并进一步提出双方区域科技公共产品有效供给的实现路径,即优化外部环境、提升合作空间,培育市场主体、引导企业参与,创新合作供给机制、鼓励科技中介参与,整合参与要素、提升供给效果。 Based on the perspective of regional public goods supply, this pa- per discusses the science and technology cooperation between China and Indonesia from four aspects: 1. preparing and triggering the internal motivation, startup and operation of science and technology cooperation between the two countries 2. the current action, adaptation and adjustment in the process of cooperation; 3. the existing predicament, evaluation and expansion of cooperation between the two countries; 4. the path construction of effective supply of regional public goods in the field of science and technology between China and Indonesia. The pa- per also points out the realization path of effective supply of regional public goods in the field of science and technology between the two countries, namely optimi- zing external environment and improving cooperating space, developing the main market and guiding the participation of enterprises, innovating the mechanism of cooperative supply and encouraging the involvement of intermediary, as well as integrating participating factors and improving supply effect.
