摘要目的观察小剂量左甲状腺素治疗良性甲状腺结节的临床疗效。方法 120例良性甲状腺结节患者,行小剂量左甲状腺激素治疗,对比治疗前后不同年龄、不同促甲状腺素(TSH)水平患者甲状腺结节大小变化情况。结果 <40岁患者的结节大小变化程度与≥40岁患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TSH≥2.50 m U/L患者的结节大小变化程度与<2.50 m U/L患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对年龄小、TSH水平较高的患者,经确诊为良性甲状腺结节后,应立即行小剂量左甲状腺素治疗,可有效降低血脂,治疗效果明显,值得临床推广使用。
