摘要 目的优选龙眼核中原花青素的提取工艺。方法采用超声提取法提取龙眼核中原花青素,通过单因素及正交试验考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取温度、提取次数5个因素对原青花素提取率的影响。结果确立最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度60%,提取温度70℃,提取时间40 min,料液比1∶10,提取次数2次。在该条件下,原花青素提取率为0.652%。结论该研究为龙眼核中原花青素的有效提取与利用提供了一定的理论依据。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of proanthocyanidin from longan seed. Methods Proanthocyanidin was extracted from longan seed by adopting the ultrasonic extraction method. The influence of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times on the proanthocyanidin extraction rate was investigated by using the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. Results The established optimal extraction conditions were 60% ethanol, extraction temperature of 70 ℃ extraction time of 40 min, solid-liquid ratio of 1:10 and extracting twice. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of proanthocyanidin from longan seeds was 0.652%. Conclusion This study provides the certain theoretical basis for researching the effective extraction and utilization of proanthocyanidins from longan seed.
