摘要
对春季在田野中生长的野菜的维生素C及氨基酸含量进行测定。方法:2、4-二硝基苯肼比色法;高效液相色谱法。结果:维生素C的测定方法操作简单、准确、精密度高,适用于蔬菜、水果中维生素C含量的测定;氨基酸含量的测定方法样品处理简单、准确、精密度高,适用于蔬菜、饲料中游离氨基酸的测定。
In spring, for the potherb growing in field, we determinate the vitamin C and amino acids content. The methods arc 2, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine colorimetry and high efficiency liquid chromatography, and we obtain that the method on determinating vitamin C is easy operation, accurate and high precision, and it is applicable in determinating vitamin C in vegetables and fruits. Further, the method on deterrninating amino acids content is easy to handle sample, accurate, high precision, and it is applicable in determining dissociate amino acids in vegetables and fodder.
