摘要
工业旅游是矶山矿区再发展的首选。温州矶矿工业文化遗存小镇暨“世界矶都”文化综合体创意园区建设，为解决资源枯竭型矿区的转型发展这个世界性难题提供有益的实践和案例。本次研究基于实际，分析了矶山矿区文创产业的可行性，必要性，并通过对矶矿工业文化遗存小镇的规划建设和实施方案的研读，就如何合理利用矿区工业文化资源，开发生态、时尚、文明的苍南旅游发展之路提出一些意见和建议。
Industrial tourism is the first choice for the re-development of Fanshan Alum Town. Wenzhou Alum industrial and cultural town and the world Alum Town. Cultural complex creative park construction provides a useful practice and case. to solve the transformation of resource exhausted mine area development of this worldwide problem. Based on the actual, this study analyzes the world Alum Town a feasibility ,the necessity of cultural and creative industries. By reading the alum industrial and cultural relics of the town planning, construction and implementation, the study put forward some opinions and suggestions for the reasonable utilization of mine industrial culture resources and the development of Cangnan tourism of ecology, fashion and civilization.
