摘要
电化学腐蚀法制备钨针尖是一种较易控制的获得扫描隧道显微镜针尖的方法。为了研究不同腐蚀参数对针尖制备的影响,提出了一种基于图像处理技术间接测量针尖尖端长度的方法。通过对测量数据的分析,得到了腐蚀参数对针尖长度的影响规律。
Electrochemical corrosion of tungsten wire is a easier controlled tip preparation method for scanning tunneling microscope. In order to study the influences of different corrosion parameters on the tip preparation,a kind of image processing method to indirectly measure the length of the tip was proposed. Based on analysis of the measurement data,the influence law of different corrosion parameters on the lengths of the tips were suggested.
