摘要
为研究Q500qE高性能桥梁钢的断裂抗力随温度的变化规律,针对5种不同厚度规格(16,32,44,50,60mm)的Q500qE高性能桥梁钢母材和焊接接头,进行常温和低温环境条件下的深缺口宽板拉伸试验。试验结果表明:随着强度的提升以及细化晶粒,板厚32 mm以下的Q500qE高性能桥梁钢母材的断裂韧度Kc值总体上高于Q370qE和Q345qD桥梁钢,也比Q500qE高性能桥梁钢焊接接头高;在试验温度低于-40℃后,板厚44mm以上的Q500qE高性能桥梁钢母材的Kc指标有所下降;与Q370qE和Q345qD桥梁钢焊缝相比,Q500qE高性能桥梁钢焊接接头的Kc没有明显的提高;需要进一步研发提高Q500qE高性能桥梁钢厚板以及焊接接头防断性能的措施。
To study the laws of the fracture resistance of the QS00qE high-performance bridge steel changing with the temperatures, the deep notch wide plate tension tests for the base metals and welded joints of the QS00qE high-performance bridge steel of 5 kinds of the plate thickness (16, 32, 44, 50 and 60 mm) were made under the normal and low temperature environmental con- ditions. The results of the tests indicate that as the strength increases and the grains are refined, the fracture toughness Kc value of the base metal of the Q500qE high-performance bridge steel hav- ing the plate thickness less than 32 mm is generally higher than the Kc values of the Q370qE and Q345qD bridge steels and is also higher than the Kc value of the welded joint of the Q500qE high- performance bridge steel. At the test temperatures below--40 ℃, the Kc indices of the base met- als of the Q500qE high-performance bridge steel having the plate thickness greater than 44 mm de- crease to some extent and in comparison to the welded joints of the Q370qE and Q345qD bridge steels, the fracture toughness Kc values of the welded joints of the Q500qE high-performance bridge steel do not increase significantly and therefore, the measures for improving the fracture re- sistance properties of the thick plates and welded joints of the Q500qE high-performance bridge steel should be further developed.
